At Highwood, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible home decor and furniture items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Highwood account and visit your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
